OPI Simmer And Shimmer is absolutely gorgeous. It is a mix of mainly blue, silver and gold glitter. You can also see some red and orange glitter as well. This is three coats and the application was flawless.

ReplyDeleteIt doesn't have a silvery base. The glitter is suspended in a clear base, that is a good thing for layering, but the glitter is very dense.
