China Glaze OMG

China Glaze OMG, 3 coats.

It is a holographic, light gray nail polish.
It looks great in sunlight and even in artificial light.
This is one of the few polishes from the OMG collection that doesn't dry matte.

Orly Sweet Collection 2010

This week, I received from Orly 3 new nail polishes from the Sweet Collection.
From left to right: Pixy Stix, Lemonade and Lollipop.
What can I say, they are spectacular pastels with a milky white tone.  Each of these bottles come with a mini lip gloss. As all of the Orly nail polishes, they are free of DBP and all traces of Toluene, Formaldehyde and Formaldehyde resin. Other compnies like OPI advocate that they are Formldehyde free but still have Formaldehyde resin! What I like about Orly is the Gripper Cap and that you know what polishes are big 3 free by the colour of the cap. The grey cap is the big 3 free and the black cap isn't. I think it is the only company that lets you know what polish is big 3 free. Anyway, on to the swatches:

Orly Lollipop, 3 coats
It is a gorgeous lilac creme with a milky white opaque tone that gives it the pastel feeling. This is wonderful, lovable and sweet! The application is flawless.

Orly Lemonade, 3 coats
In my search for te perfect yellow that will look good on my skin tone, I finally found the one! It is a bit paler than Orly Spark (I am going to do a comparison soon) but I don't have China Glaze Lemon Fizz to do a comparison. The formula, as with all yellow polishes, is a little bit streaky but managable. This is, what I would call, a pastel creme yellow. I am so happy with this yellow! :)

Orly Pixy Stix, 3 coats
This is a pastel peach pink cream with an added milky white opaque tone. The formula is great, the application is flawless and most of all, the colour is gorgeous! This looks a bit like Orly Butterflies but Pixy Stix has a peach hue and a pastel finish.

The Sweet Collection will be available beginning April 2010 at orlybeauty.com, Sally Beauty, Ulta , etc.

Thank you so much Orly for these wonderful colours.

Orly Bloom Spring Collection 2010

Today I have received 3 more Orly bloom shades.
They are great!
From left to right Ginger Lily, Wild Wisteria and Pure Petunia.

I have swatches of all three polishes for you today!
Here they are:

Orly Pure Petunia, 2 coats

Just as Orly said "A Mauve Purple Creme".
This is a gorgeous and very sophisticated color.
It applies very well and, like all the creme polishes in this
collection, it has a very strong shine.
I like it a lot! :)

Orly Ginger Lily, 2 coats

This is not my kind of color but I thing there are a lot of people that will like it.
The color is pretty much what you see in the swatches.
The formula is great. It applies like a dream.
It has a shimmery finish.

Orly Wild Wisteria, 2 coats.
This is indigo! I love indigo but many polishes tend to
have too much blue in them. This polish, on the other hand,
is the closest to indigo. Could be simillar to OPI Sapphire In
The Snow. Maybe I will make a comparison. Anyway,
this is the indigo that I was looking for. I love it, love it,
love it!

Stay tuned for 3 new nail polishes from Orly's Sweet Collection.
