Hi! I'm Tom, the rebel cat. This is my photo. I'm going to speak for my good friend Poshnail. She is extremely angry. Last time, when she tried to place an order with Trans Design, we found out that we have to pay US$42 for a single bottle of Color Club nail polish!!! I said we, because I started to think what will happen with my food if she will continue to buy from Trans Design. Usually, as international customers, we have to pay US$18 for 9 botlles of nail polishes. But not now! They no longer have this deal. What were they thinking, that we are going to pay 20 times the price of a bottle just for the shipping? I don't see how they reason! This isn't good for us, the customers, and this isn't good for their business, either. If they think that they will earn more with this humongous shipping "deal", they have to think again!
I'm finished, done with Trans Design! I hope Poshnail thinks the same.I'm going home...
