What can I say that wasn't said about Flying Dragon! The person who created the color is a genius.
It is a neon purple with tiny blue and pink glitter. Being a neon, it dries matte. In the last picture, on the index and middle fingers I applied top coat.

ReplyDeleteI think I'm the only person in the world who hated this. Uneven, lumpy, patchy, dull nightmare. They should do this again. Properly.
